Payment must be made at the time of order via our approved payment providers.
We do not store card details.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

7. Refunds and Returns Policy

7.1 General Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from receipt of eligible goods to cancel your order and request a refund.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (email or letter) within the 14-day period.

7.2 Eligible Products

Dry food items, drinks, and non-perishable goods may be returned if unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving returned goods.

7.3 Non-Returnable Products

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty or damaged on arrival:

Frozen foods (including poultry, fish, and other perishable items)
Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original packaging
Personalised or specially prepared items

7.4 Faulty or Damaged Goods

If goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
We may request photographic evidence before authorising a return.
A full refund or replacement will be offered once the issue is verified.

7.5 Return Process

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
